Booking Instructions

1. Click memberships and packages link.

2. Vagaro will then prompt you to login or create an account.

3. Once you are logged in, click add to cart under the membership you would like to purchase.

4. Once in cart, click the cart icon towards the top right of the page to checkout.

5. Complete checkout

6. Once checkout is complete it will redirect you back to the Cloud K Nine home page on Vagaro.

7. Hover your mouse over the initials icon at the top right to drop down your account menu.

8. Choose memberships to make sure your membership is showing up on your acct.

9. Return to the account drop down menu and select the third option (book now)

10. Under select service choose the appropriate option

11. Answer the treat package prompt on the pop-up screen

12. Select the date you are scheduling for and hit search

13. The times listed are drop off times, select an available time

    (If the time you want isn't available, choose the closest available time and contact us to schedule your preferred drop off time.)

14. It will then take you to the page to complete the booking.

    (Don't worry if it shows a total due, the total will be deducted from your membership.)

15. Repeat often to make your pup the happiest ever!
